How Does It Work?
The difference between equity and equality is the difference between sameness and fairness.
Equality is when everybody is treated the same, Equity is when everybody is treated according to their personal situation. Obviously in many cases treating everyone equally is the right course of action, but there are plenty where it isn't.

We all know that people are different, and recognising that these differences require different solutions for each individual is key to helping those in need, and is the primary basis for the Parallel Prospects Foundation.
